Why can't I edit an appointment?

If the appointment starts and ends on different dates, you must select the date it starts in your calendar to be able to change it.

Deleted accounts

I deleted my account by mistake, is it possible to restore it?

We keep your data for 30 days after you delete your account per our Privacy Policy. You can restore your account within this time by visiting the deleted accounts page. After 30 days your data will have been permanently deleted and it is impossible to restore your account.

I recently deleted my account. I have tried to make a new account with the same email address but I can't.

We keep your data for 30 days after you delete your account per our Privacy Policy, and you cannot create a new account until the data from your previous account has been deleted. You can either wait until the 30 days has expired or visit the deleted accounts page to delete your data immediately.


Accessing Yuduuu

How can I access Yuduuu?

You can access Yuduuu by visiting https://yuduuu.com in a web browser. All features are supported by most of the popular browsers and can be accessed on your PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone. A Yuduuu app is not currently available.
