Abusive behaviour

People can be reported to Yuduuu if they are abusing other users or if they are using the platform in an abusive manner. Yuduuu can temporarily or permanantly ban users if they have been participating in abusive behaviour. The Yuduuu Terms of Service outline behaviours and actions that Yuduuu would consider to be abuse, however the list is not exhaustive. If you witness anyone engaging in harassment, fraud, bullying, abuse or intimidation please let us know. If you're not sure whether it counts as abuse, let us know anyway and we will decide if any further action is necessary.

Suspicious bookings

Businesses can cancel bookings if they suspect the user is engaging in malicious behaviour, if the behaviour continues Yuduuu can temporarily or permanently ban users. Please report any suspicious behaviour to Yuduuu.

The following behaviours are considered malicious and should be reported to Yuduuu.

Block Booking
Users can make multiple bookings on the same day. This is acceptable behaviour if a user is planning to attend multiple bookings on that day, however users may make multiple bookings that they will not attend in an attempt to prevent other users from making those bookings. This is known as block booking and is considered malicious behaviour. If users make multiple bookings on the same day the business will be notified and the business can then determine whether the bookings are legitimate. If the business thinks the user is engaging in block booking they can cancel the bookings and report the user to Yuduuu. Yuduuu may temporarily or permanently ban users who participate in block booking.

Missed bookings
Users are under no obligation to attend the bookings they make and may have legitimate reasons for not attending a booking. If a user repeatedly fails to attend bookings this could be considered malicious behaviour. This behaviour should be reported to Yuduuu and users may be temporarily or permanently banned from making bookings with the business.
