Business Account Setup Guide
Yuduuu gives businesses the opportunity to reach new customers and provides the tools needed to manage appointments and bookings. If you want to add your business to Yuduuu and get access to our services you need to create a Yuduuu business account. For more information about Yuduuu business accounts visit yuduuu.com/help/business_accounts/. If you want to set up a business account follow the steps below.
1. Set up a user account
In order to set up a business account you firstly need to set up a Yuduuu user account. This connects your account to your email address and gives you access to additional features. You can create a user account by clicking on "login" in the top-right corner of the screen and then follow the instructions to create a new account.
2. Upgrade to a business account
Once your user account is set up, you can view your account details by clicking on your name in the top-right corner of the screen and clicking on "Account". You should then see the option to "Create a business account".
3. Enter your business details
You will be asked for the following information about about you business:
- Business name
- Short description. Describe your business in 140 characters or less, this will be displayed on the search results page. (optional)
- Long description. Describe your business, this will appear on your business profile. The decription must be less than 5000 characters. (optional)
4. Enter payment details
A yuduuu business account costs £19.99 per month and payments are charged to a debit or credit card. You will be redirected to a secure portal to enter your bank details. If you have a discount code you can enter it here to receive your discount.
5. Select the types of payment you accept
Customer's will need to pay you when they arrive at your events so you must let them know which payment methods you accept. You can take payments with cash, card transfers or banking apps, select all of the methods which you accept.
6. Enter your address
Let people know where to find you. You should list the address which customers can use in sat-nav and map applications, you can also list additional notes to help people find you and can even drag a map marker to your exact location.
All done!
Your business account is now set up. You can update your profile to provide more information about your business and upload photos. You can also use all of the features offered to business account users.
