Business accounts

Yuduuu business accounts are great for making your business more accessible to customers. You can manage your profile, bookings and messages all in one place.

Whether you're an individual, a group or a registered company, if you host events or activities in the UK you can use Yuduuu to manage your bookings (Terms and Conditions apply).

Pricing

Business accounts cost £19.99 per month and are charged to a debit or credit card. You can pause your payments at any time if you are not using your business acount, and then start them again when you start using it again (see details of deactivaing and activating business accounts account below).


Creating a business account

You must already have a user account with yuduuu to be able to create a business account. The option to create a business account can be found on your Account page.

When creating a new business account, you will be asked to provide a short description of your business (maximum 140 characters) that will appear in search results, and a long description of your business (maximum 5000 characters) that will appear on your profile. These can be changed at any time by editing your profile. You will then be redirected to the payment page.

Once your payment is successful you will have access to all of the features of a yuduuu business account and will be able to complete your profile and add appointments to your calendar. A full list of business account features can be found here.


Deactivating a business account

If you won't be using your business account for a period of time, the account can be deactived. This will prevent customers being able to make bookings and your payments will stop. When you decide to start using your business account again you can reactivate your account, your account will be fully restored and payments will resume. The option to deactivate your business account can be found on your Account page.

Reactivating a business account

If you have previously deactivated your business account and want to start using it again, you can reactivate your business account to restore all functionality. The option to reactivate your business account can be found on your Account page. You will be redirected to the payment page to enter debit / credit card details.

Please note, when reactivating a business account you will need to provide your payment details and your first payment will be taken immediately, regardless of when you deactivated your account. Your next payment will be taken one month after you reactivate your account.

Deleting a business account

If you no longer want to use your business account you can delete it permanently. You must have already deactivated your business account to be able to delete your business account. The option to delete your business account can be found on your Account page. Your data will be deleted in accorance with our Privacy Policy.
